JJRV Infra Pvt. Ltd. was founded by Vivek Dixit, an engineering graduate from Pune University, with a strong foundation in India’s infrastructure industry. Before starting his own venture, Mr. Dixit worked with some of the country’s most prominent companies such as Gamon India Ltd, Essar Industries Jamnagar, Reliance Jamnagar, JSW Steel, and Shapoorji Pallonji Group. These early experiences shaped his understanding of large-scale construction, project management, and quality delivery.
Transitioning from a successful contracting career, he began working in the building and real estate sector. His projects included collaborations with leading companies and the personal execution of high-profile developments, such as film actor Sanjay Dutt’s farmhouse in Wada. In 2019, Vivek Dixit established JJRV Infra Pvt. Ltd. with a vision to deliver high-quality, design-driven construction solutions across Maharashtra.
JJRV has successfully delivered numerous projects, including a residential building in Dombivli’s Sonarpada area, a cooperative housing society in Dahisar West’s Mahatrewadi, and a fully developed and sold bungalow scheme in Vikramgarh, branded as Indus Royal Cottage. The company also completed the Matheran Residency in Karjat and is currently working on a prestigious temple project dedicated to Shree Swami Samarth in Akkalkot, which is nearing completion. Two major projects are set to launch soon: Samarth Prasad, located at a prime landmark near the RTO in Solapur city, and an ultra-premium, sea-facing development in Bandra, Mumbai.
